We all know "what is a chalk"?Chalk is a type of white rock..you can use small pieces of it for
writing or drawing..Well,here we are going to talk about a "Snooker Chalk"..A Snooker Chalk is
similar to the basic chalk that we used for writing or drawing on a blackboard or something,but this
snooker chalk is used on the "CUE STICKS TIP" to give the tip a grip to play.Chalk is applied to the
tip of the cue stick,ideally before every shot,to increase the tip's friction coefficient so that when it
impacts the cue ballon a non-center hit,no misuse(unintentional slippage between the cue tip and
struck ball)occurs.

A chalk holder is a holder that keeps and protect the chalk very firmly and nicely ..it comes in different designs like some are magnetic some leather based some are plastic based some are wooden based some are rubber based some comes as a pouch holder etc...
