Rules to play:

foosball game;spinning is illegal.Spinning is defined by the 

ITSF as "the rotation of any soccer figure more than 360 

degrees before or more than 360 degrees after stricking the 

ball".

Maneuver your 4 rods to control your 13 players figures to 

drive the ball towards the target goal.sounds easy
